Although connected to the USB hub, my product does not operate correctly. Why?
- The printer may not be connected to the first level USB hub. There are five levels of USB connectors, make sure that your printer is connected to the first level. Make sure that the computer has correctly recognized the USB hub. Check the USB hub under universal serial bus in the device manager. If the problem persists, try connecting the printer directly to the computer's USB port.
