I tried to print before turning my product on, then clicked Retry after turning on my product, and now I get an Out of Paper message. What should I do?

Please follow the directions below to resolve the situation.
1. Click on START, go to SETTINGS, and click on PRINTERS.
2. Double click on the STYLUS COLOR 880/880i icon.
3. Click on PRINTERS, and click on PURGE PRINT JOBS. This will delete the job that got stuck in the queue when you tried to print with the printer off.
