What does the message Service Req. 00010030 mean?
- This is a multi-sensor failure error. The multi-sensor is an optical sensor that detects the amount of light to determine if print media is loaded correctly in the printer. An excessive amount of light may cause this error to appear. Make sure the printer is not in direct sunlight.
