I'm updating the firmware and the LED indicator does not turn solid before releasing the power button. It flashes on and off quickly, and the product makes a clicking sound. What should I do?

This indicates that the projector is not recognizing the USB connection to the computer. Disconnect the projector's power cord, leave the USB cable connected, and then restart the computer. When the computer restarts, try updating the firmware again.
Note: If the USB cable is longer than 15 ft, try using a shorter USB cable. The use of a long USB cable (greater than 15 ft) may cause errors while updating the firmware. The following error messages may be displayed when using a long USB cable (greater than 15 ft):
An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file - the file or directory is unreadable may be corrupted.
The drive is no longer connected to the computer.
