The product isn't charging when I place it in the charging cradle. What should I do?

  • Try the following:

    • Make sure the product is placed in the charging cradle properly, with the contact points on the product facing up and the screen facing outward, as shown below.



    • Make sure the contact points on the product and charging cradle are clean. Wipe the contact points lightly with a damp cloth and allow them to air dry.

      Note: Do not clean the product or cradle using solvents such as benzine, thinner, alcohol, or detergent. This could damage the product.

    • Make sure the USB port on your computer supports device charging.

    If the recommendations above do not help, contact Epson support.
