Support Wearables Runsense Epson Runsense SF-810

What is the stride sensor?

  • It's a sensor built into the product that measures your pitch and distance during workouts. The sensor uses GPS positioning to accumulate data on your stride and acceleration. This data allows it to measure your pitch and distance even when the product cannot receive a GPS signal, such as in a tunnel.

If you have not used the product before or for several months, run outside with the product on and GPS positioning active for 10 to 30 minutes. Run for approximately 10 minutes if there are no obstructions overhead that could block GPS signals. Run for approximately 30 minutes if there are obstructions like tall buildings around you. This will ensure that the product’s measurements are as accurate as possible.
