The optional heart rate chest strap won't pair with my product. What should I do?

• Try the following:
  • Make sure you are wearing the heart rate chest strap snugly with the electrodes pressed against your chest as shown below.

    
    
    

  • Make sure the belt is securely attached to the heart rate chest strap unit.
  • Moisten the electrodes on the heart rate chest strap.
  • Reset the heart rate chest strap by removing the battery, turning the battery over, and placing it in the product with the negative side facing up. Leave the battery there for three seconds, then remove it again, turn it over, and place it back in the product with the positive side facing up.
