What is the Track Activity function?

• When the function is set to ON, the product constantly records your step count, progress toward your Step Target, distance, and calories burned. The Track Activity function records these measurements even when you are not using the chronograph function to record a workout.

  You can use the chronograph function while Track Activity is set to ON. If you do this, measurements recorded by the Track Activity function will be included in the workout history.
