What does the Meas. Activity setting do?

• When the setting is turned on, it enables the product to continuously record your daily step count, distance traveled, calories burned, and hours slept. The product records these measurements even when you are not recording individual workouts.

  Note: Hours slept are not recorded by default. To record this data, turn on the Meas. Activity setting and select sleep settings in Epson View.

  You can record individual workouts while the Meas. Activity setting is turned on. If you do this, measurements recorded by the setting will be included in the workout history.
