How does the product calculate the calories I’ve burned?

• The product uses your activity, your profile information such as your height and weight, and your heart rate to calculate the calories burned.

  Note: You need the optional heart rate chest strap (part number E12E204104) to include your heart rate in the calculation (ProSense 17 only).
