When I tap Measure in the app, I get the message The sensor could not be found. What should I do?

• Try the following:
  • Make sure the device is turned on. Press the power button for two seconds, if necessary.

    When the device is on, the blue LED turns on for one second then flashes once every two seconds.

  • Make sure the device is paired with your mobile device or tablet.
  • Make sure the device and the mobile device are not more than 30 feet (10 m) apart and not obstructed.
  • Close the M-Tracer For Golf app and open it again.
