My M-Tracer will not pair with the mobile device. What should I do?

• Try the following:
  • Make sure Bluetooth on you mobile device is enabled.
  • Make sure the M-Tracer is in pairing mode. With the device powered off, press and hold the power button for five seconds. The device enters pairing mode when the blue and red LED flash alternately.
  • Make sure the M-Tracer is charged.
  • Make sure your mobile device is compatible with your M-Tracer. The following mobile devices are supported:
    • iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPod Touch (5th generation) with iOS 7 or later
    • Mobile devices running AndroidTM 4.0 or later with Bluetooth SPP
