I see the message No Signal. What should I do?

  • An image source not connected to the projector is selected, the signal is not being output from the computer, or the signal is not reaching the projector. Make sure the connectors are securely attached to both the projector and the image source. Then check that the image source is selected correctly. When NO SIGNAL is displayed, you cannot access the source (computer/video) menu. If the image appears on the computer and not on the projector, try pressing the computer or auto button on the projector. If there is still no image, check the computer's resolution and vertical refresh rate. Make sure the resolution you are trying to display is supported. If it is, try changing the refresh rate.
