The printer does not go to the usual startup screen and gets stuck on a blank or wavy screen. What should I do?

  • Do the following:

    1. Disconnect the printer from the computer by removing the network or USB cable from the printer. The printer should now go to the startup screen.
    2. Check the Windows print spooler. If print jobs are stuck in the spooler, delete them.
    3. Reconnect the network or USB cable.
