Can I use an expired ink pack in my printer?

• Epson does not recommend using expired ink packs in the printer. Do not use an unopened ink pack if the date on the package has expired. For best results, use ink packs before the expiration date printed on the package (and within one year of installation in the printer). Replace expired packs with new ones.

  You may need to replace a pack that is more than one year old, if your printouts do not look their best, even after cleaning and aligning the printhead. We recommend you store any unused or unopened ink packs in a cool, dark place.
