My print job disappears from the Windows print queue and does not print. What should I do?

    Do the following:

    1. Select Control Panel > Devices & Printers > your printer, then right-click and select Printing preferences.
    2. Select the Utility tab, then Speed and Progress.
    3. Select the Spool Raw Datatype and Coarse Rendering checkboxes, then click OK.

      Note: If the Processed by Printer checkbox is selected, deselect it.

    4. Try printing again.
