The paper will not load. What should I do?

• Make sure the printer's power light is on and not flashing when you load the paper. If the light is on but flashing, do the following:

  1. Turn the paper feed knob counterclockwise as far as it will go. The printer's power light should be on and not flashing.
     
  2. Try loading the paper again.
