The image is not rectangular. What should I do?

  • If the image isn't square or rectangular, correct it as described in Adjusting the Image Shape.

Note: You can maintain a square or rectangular image by placing the projector directly in front of the screen and keeping it level (not angled up or down). This also produces the best picture quality.

If the image looks like or , you need to adjust the keystone correction value. Press the or button on the projector's control panel until the image is rectangular.

Note:You won't have to use the Keystone function to correct the image as long as you place the projector level (not angled up or down) and at a height between the top and bottom of the screen. This produces the best picture quality.
