Can I project images from a computer over a USB connection?
-
Yes. You can connect a Windows Vista, Windows XP, or Windows 2000 (SP4) computer to the projector's Type B (square) USB port and project your computer's display. To use this feature, your computer must allow you to install software from the projector.
The first time you connect your computer to the projector's USB port, software from the projector will be installed on your computer. This installation takes approximately one minute and is not necessary for subsequent connections to the same computer. As with other high-speed USB devices, the USB cable connection is limited to a maximum of 16 feet. See Connecting to the USB Port for instructions.
Note: When you use the USB port to project your computer's display, you cannot use the remote mouse control function.
