I am having trouble calibrating my product. What should I do?
Try the following:
- If the flashing circles don't appear, make sure the VGA cable and USB cable are securely connected to the computer. Try restarting the Easy Interactive Driver.
- If the circles don't stop flashing and turn black (or they stop flashing and turn black automatically), dim or turn off any bright lights near the projection surface.
