My product doesn't charge when powered off. What should I do?

  • Try the following:
    • Reset the controller by sliding the power switch to the side and holding it there for 8 seconds.
    • Make sure all cables and the AC adapter are securely plugged in.
    If these steps do not resolve your issue, contact Epson support.
