I can't see images with the product. What should I do?
- Make sure the headset is securely connected to the controller.
- Press the Power button briefly to wake the product from Sleep mode.
- Adjust the level of the headset so that it aligns with your sight line.
- If you are wearing the headset over glasses, try using the included nosepad for glasses.
- Make sure the product is not on video display mute (Tap twice lightly to mute feature).
