I'm experiencing latency or pixelation issues when using the DJI GO or DJI GO 4 app. What should I do?

    Do the following:

    1. Close all open apps.
    2. Make sure have the latest version of the Moverio operating system installed on the controller. To check, select Settings > About Device > System Updates.
    3. Download and install the DJI GO or DJI GO 4 app from the Moverio Apps Market.

      Note: The DJI GO and DJI GO 4 apps support different drone models. Be sure to download the correct app for your drone.

    If you still experience issues, check your preferred online DJI support forum.
