There is no audio when my product is in standby mode or turned off. What should I do?

Make sure the A/V Output setting is set to Always On in the Signal I/O menu and the Standby Mode setting is set to Communication On in the Operation menu.
Note: Make sure your computer or video source is connected to the projector with both audio and video cables as necessary.
