No image displays. What should I do?

Do the following:
- Make sure the cable is connected properly.
- Make sure the connected device supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt mode) video output over a USB Type-C connection.
Note: Make sure you use a genuine USB-IF certified USB-C 3.1 cable.
