Which should I set up first: the pendant microphone or the line audio sources?

• Epson recommends setting up the pendant microphone first, then the line audio sources; adjust the sound from the mic, then adjust the line audio sources.
  
  Try to adjust the sound so that the mic is slightly louder than the line audio sources. This allows the presenter to be heard over the line audio source.
