Does Windows 10 include compatible (in-box) drivers for Epson scanners?

No. You must install Epson Scan or Epson Scan 2 (the scanner driver) for your product, if it is available. Check the Downloads tab for your product to see if drivers and utilities are available for your scanner.
Note: In-box drivers are the drivers included with Windows 10.
