I don't see Windows 10 software available on my printer or all-in-one's support page. How do I use my product with Windows 10?
-
See the section below for your operating system.
Note: If your Epson printer or all-in-one (a printer with a scanner) was not purchased in the United States or Canada, please contact support through the Epson website where the product was purchased.
Windows 10
If no Windows 10 software is available for download on your printer or all-in-one's support page, Epson does not have supported software for your product. However, Windows 10 may have a simple printer driver and scanning software (WIA) for your product. To check for it, do the following:
- Turn on your Windows 10 system and make sure it's connected to the Internet.
- Connect a USB cable from your printer or all-in-one to your system. A simple printer driver automatically installs. If your product is an all-in-one, scanning software (WIA) also installs.
To verify that the printer driver installed correctly, select > > Devices. An icon for your printer or all-in-one should appear.
Note: If Windows 10 does not install the software for your printer or all-in-one, it's not available for your product. You will not be able to use your product with your Windows 10 system.
Windows 10 Mobile
You do not need to install any software to print from Windows 10 Mobile.
