The More Settings window doesn't close when I click OK in a Windows Store app. What should I do?

This may happen if you select a Duplex printing setting. To use the setting, you may also need to select the Collation setting. Do the following:
Note: The following information does not apply to Windows 10 Mobile printing.
- Select X to close the More Settings window, if necessary.
- Open the app's Print screen and select More settings.
- Select Duplex Printing and Collation settings, and select OK.
To check for a driver update that may fix this limitation, do the following:
- Go to the Epson Support page and search for your product.
- Select Downloads.
- Either install Epson Software Updater (if available for your product) or install an updated driver. Do one of the following:
- Epson Software Updater: Select Utilities > Epson Software Updater. Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Driver Update: Select Drivers > Drivers and Utilities Combo Package. Follow the on-screen instructions.
