Tested media
Using only Epson-tested media in your Epson thermal printer helps prolong the life of the print head and maintain the printer warranty. Using non-tested media may cause printer damage not covered under the warranty.
In-warranty repair
An Epson Authorized Servicer is available to assist you with repairs. Simply bring your Epson product, along with proof of the date of original purchase, to the nearest Authorized Servicer in your area. Epson's nationwide network of Authorized Servicers are conveniently located to assist you with your repair needs. Your system device product is covered against defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period and, while under warranty, all replacement parts and labor are provided without charge.

An Epson Authorized Servicer can provide you with diagnostic service, assistance and options to minimize expenses while delivering the high quality service you've come to expect from Epson.
Authorized Service Provider Program
Epson Customer Care Centers (ECCCs), our nationwide network of Authorized Service Providers, are available to offer timely and cost-effective support solutions for Epson POS products. This includes in-warranty and out-of-warranty product support, as well as equipment diagnostics and spare parts. Simply contact the nearest ECCC in your area.
Strategic Developer Partners have the option to become ECCCs. The ECCC program offers two advantages: maximizing the profit potential of your service department and building long-term relationships with your customers. If you're interested in becoming authorized as a service provider, you must meet certain Epson requirements.
