Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm In a rut This is my third Epson color inkjet photo printer. That says it all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love This Printer I've been owning this printer for over a year and I must say I am impressed with the results of my prints every time. I am a part time photographer and I also use a benq 2700pt and a colormunki photo calibrator. With that said, I get accurate prints every time good or bad. If there is an imperfection in a photo you edit, for example if your background is suppose to be pure white but there is a slight mark of a light gray it will show in your print so make sure you view all your photos at 100% before printing. It does BW, high contrast, low contrast, high saturation, purposely dull etc photos beautifully. The prints are stunning. I've read that some people have issues with clogging after a week or 2 of no printing, I've only had that issue once but it was a couple months of not printing. I simply cleaned the nozzles once and it was fine after. Now is it perfect...no. I use the roll feed and if the paper isnt perfectly straight you'll have a hard time getting it to feed. If you leave the paper in the feeder for a day your first print will have an indention. It's not major but it is noticeable. If there's a speck of dust on the paper when printing it will show. I'm sure that is with all printers. I keep it and the roll completely covered even while printing. I did replace it twice which is frustrating. The ink cover door latch malfunctioned, I received a refurbished replacement and the roll paper feeder was damaged. I received the replacements within about 3 days. Also I use two monitors but my Benq monitor interferes with the wifi of the printer so I use the usb. Would I still recommend this printer...OF COURSE. For the money the results are worth the minor hiccups if you get any.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fine Art Printing for the Infrequent User I'm an infrequent printer in the fine art space, and that was a problem with my 4000 and 9600 series printers. But the p800 is ready to go every time. I have never had a clogged nozzle. amazing. Great quality prints, love Epsons Cold Press.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from the great lie I am extremely upset about my purchase of the P800 which I know is on the discontinued list anyway. In all my research - including trying to download the drivers did it ever say that it would not work on Windows XP - If you were closer I would take pleasure in returning it directly to you and trust me I have grounds under which you would take it back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from too soon to say but so far love it finally had to retire my 4880 and after reading lots of reviews went for this printer. Was shocked at how soon I was printing after taking it out of the box, and the quality is excellent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Printer Updated from 3880. Quality and features are equal or better. Print quality is excellent. Epson support page needs to update software download for Mac Sierra. Would not install on imac; took service rep 45 minutes to solve problem; which involved connecting computer to printer and finding updated software

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Printer for Semi Professional I originally bought an Epson 4900 but soon found that I was not printing to the capacity for which that printer was designed. I had many issues with print head clogging and finally gave it to a repair shop when the heads became hopelessly clogged. I knew this was a problem of expectation and not product design as the prints I made up to that point were fantastic. I purchased a 3880 and have been totally satisfied with its performance over the last 3 years. I never once had to deal with a clogged head and only once had to perform a cleaning routine despite many weeks between printing sessions. When the opportunity to upgrade up to a P800 presented itself I jumped on it. Epson makes great printers that I would highly recommend to anyone.
