My product will not wake up when I try to print with a wireless connection. What should I do?

    Turn the product off and on again. If you can print now, the problem is related to your wireless router. Contact the manufacturer of your router for assistance or try using a different router.

    If you cannot print after turning the product off and on, contact Epson support.
