My print job disappears from the Windows print queue and does not print. What should I do?
Do the following:
- Select Control Panel > Devices & Printers > your printer, then right-click and select Printing preferences.
- Select the Utility tab, then Speed and Progress.
- Select the Spool Raw Datatype and Coarse Rendering checkboxes, then click OK.
Note: If the Processed by Printer checkbox is selected, deselect it.
- Try printing again.
