My M-Tracer will not charge. What should I do?

Try the following:
- Make sure the USB cable is connected correctly to the M-Tracer and computer or AC adapter.
The orange LED turns on when the product is charging.
- Connect the USB cable directly to your computer and not a USB hub.
- Make sure the computer is not in sleep mode or hibernation.
- The battery may not charge correctly if you are using a charger other than the specified AC adapter.
If the solutions above do not help, contact Epson support for more help.
