Which type of equipment can I connect directly to my product?
You can connect the projector to a computer or video equipment that supports the following connection types:
Note: To use a component video connection, you'll need a component-to-VGA cable to connect to the projector's PC port. To use an MHL connection, you'll need an MHL-to-HDMI cable to connect to the projector's HDMI1/MHL port. You can purchase these cables from an electronics store.
You can also connect the projector to other devices that support an MHL connection, such as a tablet, smartphone, or Roku Streaming Stick.
Note: Some devices may require an adapter for an MHL connection. Not all features or functions may be supported. Check your device's documentation for more information.
You can also connect the projector to a digital camera, USB flash drive, USB hard drive, USB memory card reader, or multimedia storage viewer.
Note: USB hard drives must meet these requirements:
- USB Mass Storage Class-compliant (not all USB Mass Storage Class devices are supported)
- Formatted in FAT or FAT32
- Self-powered by their own AC power supplies (bus-powered hard drives are not recommended)
- Does not have multiple partitions
