How Does It Work?

Unlike traditional industrial robots which eliminate worker interaction with physical barriers or collaborative robots which limit the power and force a robot exerts anytime the robot is moving, SafeSense technology uses sensors to detect when a worker enters the robots workspace. Once a sensor detects user's presence, SafeSense configurations allow you to control how the robot reacts. Based on a proper risk assessment, the robot can stop or slow and avoid the user as they interact with the workcell.
