My product is experiencing an error. What should I do?

  • You can diagnose most issues or problems from the messages on the LCD screen.

    If those solutions do not help, inspect your product for an obstruction that may be causing the issue. Turn the product off, then disconnect the power cord and the interface cable. Open the cover and check for any obstructions, or torn or jammed paper and remove it. Reconnect the power cord and turn the product back on.

    Press the Copy button and see of the product responds.

    Note: Also check that the ink cartridges and ink cartridge cover are pushed down fully.

    If the problem persists, contact Epson support.
