My Epson ReadyPrint account or printer indicate an inactive or suspended status, but I paid for my subscription. What should I do?
Try powering the printer off and on. This will cause the Epson ReadyPrint service to check the status of the printer. If this does not help, please contact Epson Support at 800-879-3776.
