How do I uninstall and reinstall my printer driver in OS X 10.6?

  • Do the following:

    1. Open the  menu, select System Preferences > Print & Fax.
    2. Select your printer in the list, click , then close the open windows.
    3. Open your hard drive.
    4. Select Library > Printers > Epson > inkjet printers, then drag the plugin for your product to the trash. If there is no plugin for your product, drag the Epson folder to the trash. Close the open windows.
    5. Reinstall the driver for your product.
    6. Open the  menu, select System Preferences > Print & Fax.
    7. Click , then select your printer.
    8. Close the open windows.
