ZCAT-3 Tensioning Rewinders for Epson ColorWorks

ZCAT-3 Tensioning Rewinders isolate and control web tension while eliminating stress on the printer, thus making ZCAT-3 Rewinders the ideal solution for sensitive printers and printers that back-feed. A free-hanging loop of label stock is created between the printer and the Rewinder and allows the printer to tensionlessly back-feed up to 16” of media. An optical sensor starts and stops the Rewinder based on the optimum depth of the loop. Fully adjustable tension control on the Rewinder yields a consistent and tightly wound finish roll every time.

ZCAT-3 Rewinders were specifically designed for use with Epson ColorWorks printers. The Rewinders eliminate all tension on the printer which in turn eliminates the risk of skipped labels or defects in printing due to inconsistent torque
