The lightweight portable scanner with accounting management tools.

With premium accounting features included1, the WorkForce ES-55R makes it easy to extract and organize expense data from your receipts. Epson® ScanSmart Accounting Edition Software2 is also included to easily scan, review and save important files. And, with Nuance® OCR included, you can create searchable PDFs and editable Word and Excel® files. The fastest and lightest mobile single-sheet-fed document scanner in its class3, this small, portable performer scans a single page in as fast as 5.5 seconds4. Plus, no batteries or external power are required when it’s is connected to a computer via the USB port. Scanning everything from business cards to contracts, the scanner accommodates documents up to 72".

Note: Epson does not accept returns on refurbished items except if product arrives defective, in which case, we will provide a replacement with the same model or equivalent. This unit may not include the same software or paper pack as new models.
