Epson Connect for Slack Printing

Before you start, make sure your product is connected to the internet with a wireless or Ethernet connection as described on the Start Here sheet for your product.

Note: The Epson Connect Registration Sheet feature is not available on all Epson printer models. If you don’t see this feature, try one of the other setup methods.

  1. Depending on your printer model, do one of the following:
     
    • Select Settings > General Settings > Web Service Settings > Epson Connect Services.
       
    • Select Settings > Web Service Settings > Epson Connect Services.
       
    • Select Settings or Setup > Epson Connect Services > Register/Delete.
       
  2. Select Register.
     
  3. Select Start Setup. The Epson Connect Registration Sheet prints.
     
  4. Follow the instructions on the sheet to set up your Epson Connect account and connect your printer.
     
  5. Follow the instructions to set up and use Slack Printing on your device:

  1. Download and install the Epson Connect Printer Setup Utility.
     
  2. Agree to the End-User License Agreement, then click Next or Continue.


     
  3. Click Install, then Finish.
     
  4. Select your product, then click Next or Continue.


     
  5. Select Printer Registration, then click Next or Continue.
     
  6. Select Agree, then click Next or Continue.

     
     
  7. When you see the Register a printer to Epson Connect message, click OK.
     
  8. Follow the instructions to set up and use Slack Printing on your device:

Before you start, make sure your product is connected to the internet with a wireless or Ethernet connection as described on the Start Here sheet for your product.

  1. Set up Epson Connect. Depending on your printer model, do one of the following:

    • If you see this icon at the top of your product’s home screen, select it, then select Router and note your product’s IP address.
    • If you see this icon at the top of your product’s home screen, select it and note your product's IP address.
    • Enter the IP address into your computer or mobile device’s web browser.
       
  2. When you see a security message, do one of the following:

    • On Android devices, select Advanced > Proceed to [your printer’s IP address].
    • On iOS devices, select Show Details > visit this website > Visit website.
    • In the Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome browsers, click Details or Advanced, then select the option to continue.
    • In the Firefox browser, select Advanced > Add Exception > Confirm Security Exception.
       
  3. Depending on your printer model, do one of the following:

    • Select Network > Epson Connect Services.
    • Select Basic Settings > Epson Connect Services.
    • Select Epson Connect Services.
       
  4. Select Register. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your Epson Connect account and connect your printer.
     
  5. Follow the instructions to set up and use Slack Printing on your device:
