The Epson RC620+ controller is the ultimate in high peformance controllers with both power and open architecture. More than just a connection to a PC, the RC620+ is a PC Based Controller but with the power of a real time engine running the up to 32 tasks and SPEL+ language. In addition, the RC620+ uses our Epson RC+ development environment which is the Industry Leader in ease of use. Advanced and beginning users alike select the RC620+ as their robot controller of choice because it saves them time and money with every application. Capable of controlling up to 8 axes, the RC620+ provides superior PowerDrive servo control for super smooth motion, fast accel/decel times, and fast cycle times. The RC620+ can control Epson G-Series and RS-Series SCARA robots, Epson EZ Modules, and also Epson PS, S5 and C3 6-Axis robots. All of this along with an open architecture design allows customers to add 3rd party software and hardware to build systems to suit their needs.

The RC620+ comes standard with our Industry Leading Epson RC+ Controls software and lots of fully integrated options. As the Industry Leader in ease of use, Epson RC+ wizards, point and click setup, Jog and Teach window, Integrated Debugger, Epson Smartsense and many other features help reduce overall development time as compared to competitive robot systems. In addition, options such as Vision Guidance, .NET support, EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, Profibus and much more are fully integrated into the Epson RC+ development environment to maximize performance and ease of use.

The RC620+ is capable of controlling up to 8 axes from the core controller and additional robots can be added through external drive units as well. The core machine can control 2 G-Series SCARA robots or a G-Series on a Module or a 6 Axis robot on a module or many other combinations. Up to 20 axes total. All this power from a single controller. No wonder the RC620+ is the high peformance robot controller of choice.

The RC620+ is a powerful, open architecture robot controller with super flexibility and time saving features throughout. The PowerDrive servo system provides advanced servo control for fast accel/decel times not seen with other robots as well as high performance motion profiles and path control.
