By purchasing an Epson PreferredSM Plus On-site Extended Service Plan you can add on top of your existing standard limited warranty during the first year, and purchase additional plans to extend On-site coverage on your unit for up to 5 years.
The Epson Preferred Plus On-site Repair Plan features a Next-Business Day1 On-site visit by an Epson Certified Technician to get your product up and running. With this plan labor, parts and travel is covered.
Within the first year of product purchase, you may buy a 5 year Epson Preferred Plus On-site Repair Plan to upgrade the standard limited warranty, giving you up to 5 years of total coverage. With single and multi-year plan options, your customers will benefit from prioritized continuous service coverage for up to 5 years. Prices are locked in for the long-term, and plans can be purchased anytime that you are covered under the Epson limited warranty or Epson extended service plan. This allows you to better manage your revenue stream and costs.
