Rated 4 out of 5 by from Printer Head I love the printer with the dual trays and great colors, but I have had to replace my previous Epson, WF-7110, 4 times prior to being out of warranty. Customer Service was great each time and received a new replacement. But now it is out of warranty and had to purchase a new one. This time the 7210. I love the dual tray and back feed for 13x19 prints that I make. I just wish the print head was replaceable and not having to trash the entire printer for bad print heads.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More features than I thought there would be! I have only just gotten everything connected and ready to print ... what I have done so far looks pretty incredible. I haven't been able to use the wireless feature yet .. seem a password for the WiFi is needed and nobody here can remember it. This is my second Epson printer (the 1st was the WorkForce 1100 which I loved!) I have also had 2 Epson scanners (Current one is the Epson Perfection V750 PRO) I have found Epson products to be very reliable, great quality with features that exceed my expectations Thank you for such great products for reasonable prices!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I was very impressed!! I was really very shocked with this printer. I have always used Epson WorkForce printers in my home office but none as capable of this one! Huge sheet capacity with two trays to hold paper - can accommodate HUGE paper sizes for printing big signs and flyers - and as always, easy to use wireless connection to all my devices. Truthfully my favorite feature is the edge to edge printing - that has always bugged me, and kind of felt like the difference between my home office and professional printing. No more though! This printer is high quality, pretty speedy for the incredible printing it does, and the price isn’t much higher than what you’d spend orherwise. I also felt that the ink seems to last a little longer (which is what we all want, is it not?) overall I really have nothing to complain about. I noticed it seems like there’s a higher chance of a paperjam but what is that in comparison to a printer like this! Make sure you clear off a big space in your office for this guy - it’s well worth the space it takes up!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT My first thought was that this printer is larger than I thought it would be but very stable and durable. The inside of the box is pretty simple just the printer, instructions, the cord was just laying on top when I opened the box along with the 4 toners just hanging out not secured in any way so they could have been tossing around inside. Overall, the packaging was nice instead of having so many things to dig thru to find all items included. Setup was less than 30 mins and instructions are very easy to maneuver thru. There is no USB cable included but I did not need this to check up once I connected the printer to WIFI I had my computer do a search and found it right away and connected with no issues. The physical feature of the printer is being able to print 2 sided as my previous printer a Brother only did 1 sided. The physical feature that I miss and wish it had was the ability to scan documents not sure if I can still copy documents by inserting in the feeder but didnt find anything on this stating it could. It prints way faster than any printer that I have used in a long time. The touchscreen is very responsive and I have had no issues navigating thru the setup process or functions at the same time it isn’t very big but does the job just fine. There aren’t very many buttons on the actual printer so shouldn’t be to hard since functions can be done on the touch screen. When printing I don’t use color very often as it is expensive to replenish but what printer isn’t right. I love the how smooth my test items printed both in black/white and in color. Black/white documents print really fast and Color prints rather quickly also but takes a bit more time than the black/white documents. I do a lot of printing for work along with my volunteer commitments so this is going to be a great addition to getting things done. This printer does hold a lot of pages which is great my current one only holds about 100 sheets when this one holds about 500 combined as it has 2 Tray YES 2!! This is awesome to have when life gets so busy who has time to remember to fill them I enjoy having a rear feed verse the front (on my old printer) it doesn’t get in the way, slide or fall off (like my old printer) and is easy to judge where my envelopes line up when printing need to print addresses versus writing each one out. Unlike my old print this one gives me the option to print remotely I have not been able to use it out of the house range it says printer is not aviabale but I do love being able to print remotely in my home from my phone. It does have the ability to print from a mobile device. I just had to turn on the NFC ability to allow this function. I went to the Google Play store and downloaded the Epson Print Enabler and Epson iPrint application. The Epson iprint mobile app will tell you the current ink levels, and allow you to print right from the app to the printer. Overall, it's a great printer and minus not being able to scan would recommend this printer to anyone who doesn’t need that feature and would be perfect for business or home uses. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid wide format printer for small/home office The Epson WorkForce WF-7210 Wide Format is marketed as a versatile wide format printer with print-shop-quality graphics and borderless prints up to 13" by 19". Please note that some websites have this listed as an all-in-one printer. THIS IS NOT AN ALL-IN-ONE. But is it a fully capable wide format printer. Upon unboxing, the packaging seems to be sturdy. I'd prefer a right-angle power cord to go behind furniture, but the standard plug works fine. All in all, set up took about 45 minutes with a firmware update. The printer is delivered with starter cartridges, which although an industry-standard practice, is a practice I wish would go away. The specs on some websites do not clarify this, so don't expect to get a full life from the provided starter ink cartridges. On the positive side, the refills are easily available to buy. On the negative side, many reviewers of other Epson products have had issues with non-OEM cartridges. I've only used the provided cartridges. The LAN and USB ports are on the side of the printer (left side when facing the printer), which is uncommon. That doesn't matter if you are operating it via wi-fi, but may be a visibility issue if you need to operate via cable. You can also download an app to print from your smartphone or tablet. More details on printing from your phone are available from the Epson FAQ section. I was able to scan and print from my Android phone fairly easily, and it took less than 5 minutes to set it up. The printer comes with two cassette drawers for paper which each hold about 250 pages of 8.5" by 11" easily (meeting the stated 500 sheet capacity). Larger paper sizes require the cassette drawer to remain open. There is a rear feed for when you are printing the occasional envelope or odd-sized paper, but be aware that this feed can only take one sheet at a time. Print speed was more than adequate, and seemed faster that my HP all-in-one wide format. This also prints borderless, which means I don't need to rescale 11" by 17" (tabloid) CAD drawings to fit (thereby throwing off the scale). Print quality was excellent. Lines and hatch patterns were crisp on the drawings, and much better than my HP wide format. You will need to have the output tray extended to catch the prints, which can factor into where you place the printer. The output tray is angled up, which is beneficial for catching/holding prints. I'm still not a fan of printing photos at home. So while this feature may be nice for some, I'll continue to ship prints to the local drug store/big-box store for printing. All in all, I think this printer makes a nice addition to a small/home office that has a need to print tabloid or slightly larger documents. While I have not done a cost-per-page analysis on my Canon color laser vs HP wide format all-in-one vs this Epson wide format printer, I can easily see this becoming my go-to printer just for the quality of the tabloid-sized drawings. The retail price of $199.99 is reasonable for the wide format functionality provided by this printer. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice home Printer!!! When I received my printer, I didn't expect that it to be so large. I was quite surprised. I had to find a larger table top to utilize to put it on. For the size, I expected complicated instructions on set up, but again I was pleasantly surprised. The set up was quick and simple, the longest amount of time was waiting the 6 minutes for the ink set up. I was dreading setting up the WiFi, but popping the disk into the drive, and that was setup in less than 5 minutes. The first print was really nice. Was so excited that we had other options for larger printing such as 13x9, as I do family history and the census records can be printed out so it is legible. I was in one room finishing up some labels, hit print and heard the printer working its magic. I am so impressed with the print quality as it is crystal clear. We’ve performed coloring printing also and it is clear also. We are loving it. “This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7210 Wireless All-In-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crisp and clear printing, easy setup. I’ve been using this printer for about 3 weeks and have been very happy with its performance. The visual clarity of printed characters is very crisp and easy to read. Other things I like: - Easy setup – I did not need the instruction manual as the prompts on the LCD screen were straightforward. Initial setup very easy; enter date and time and then it does its thing for about 6 minutes. - Wifi enabled – Found my wifi network quickly and connected easily, instantly networking the printer to the rest of my office. - Crisp printing – Easy to read text; print quality is very good, on par with basic laser printer models. - Multiple paper feeds – I keep scrap paper in one feed to use for unimportant documents as a way to save paper. - Both sides – I really like that the printer can print on both sides. - Quick – The printer prints as fast as laser printers that I’ve used. - Energy Star rated – Appreciate this rating and its energy conserving design. Small challenges I ran into: - Ink cartridges don’t have a very satisfying click when inserting but they go in without issue. - Setup menu for wifi fairly intuitive but not stellar. Entering password slightly awkward with arrow keys. - The size of the printer is a bit larger than I expected but I believe that’s due to the multiple paper feeds and wide format capability (I haven’t used wide format printing yet but may do so in the future; great that this feature is built-in). Over all I think this is an excellent printer for home or small office use. The fact that it connects so easily to my existing office wi-fi network makes it a great shareable resource.
