IS THE EPSON PARTNER PROGRAM DISCOUNT COMBINABLE WITH OTHER SPECIAL OFFERS?
The Partner Program discount is not combinable with any concurrent offers and incentives. If the product you are purchasing has a current offer or incentive, you will see the lowest price available for the product upon logging into your Epson.com account.
IS MY COMPANY ALREADY AN EPSON PARTNER? HOW DO I SIGN UP?
To find out if your company is a current Epson Partner, please ask your Epson sales representative to submit the application for your company. Once your company is added to the Epson Partner Program, we will confirm its eligibility via email and provide the next steps for your enrollment.
DOES THIS PROGRAM APPLY TO REFURBISHED EPSON PRODUCTS?
At this time, the Program only applies to new Epson products.
HOW MANY DISCOUNTS CAN I USE?
You are eligible to use the Epson Partner Program for up to ten hardware products and unlimited consumables products each year. We just ask that you respect the Program by purchasing the products only for your and your family’s personal use. A valid Partner e-mail address will be required for each purchase and your account will require validation every three months.
IS THIS PROGRAM AVAILABLE IN CANADA?
Yes. This program is valid in the U.S and Canada.
HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE DISCOUNTED PRICE?
When you log into your Epson account, you will see the lower of the Partner Discounted price or the current promotional price, whichever is lower.
WHAT IF I'VE ALREADY PURCHASED MY EPSON PRODUCT, CAN I STILL GET THE DISCOUNT?
Unfortunately, no. The Partner Program discount/pricing structure must be given at the time of sale. There are no exceptions after the sale has been made.
