My computer locks up or I get a General Protection Fault error while using the Easy Photo software. What should I do?

• A General Protection Fault (GPF) occurs when Windows 3.x tries to assign two or more applications to the same area in memory. Since this is not possible, the computer halts and generates a GPF. Try running Scandisk. After running Scandisk, try reinstalling the Easy Photo software. Before installing the Easy Photo software, make sure that no other programs are running in the background.
