After installing my product software I can no longer download photos. How can I correct this?

• Rename the TWAIN.DLL file in the Windows directory and reinstall the Easy Photo software. Ensure that the line under the [TWAIN] section of the Win.ini reads: DefaultSource=C:\WINDOWS\TWAIN\PHOTOPC\PHOTOPC.DS. If it reads something else, insert a semicolon (;) in front of the [TWAIN] and DefaultSource.
