Why can't I copy and paste or import photos into my Mac document?

• Try increasing or doubling your virtual memory (for example: if you have 8MB RAM, increase your virtual memory to 16MB). Increase the memory allocation for your word processor or other application. Try turning off any extensions that are unnecessary. Certain extensions may conflict with either the PhotoPC 500 or your other application.
