The product software does not work properly. What should I do?

  • Be sure that your software supports this type of scanner and that you have installed and setup the software correctly. Also, verify that the scanner has been setup correctly (refer to the Easy Setup guide that came with the scanner). Confirm that your computer meets the minimum system requirements specified by the software program, such as operating system and memory.
